GREENVILLE - Iceline Palmer, 93, of 914 Howell St, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012. She was a longtime member of Philippi Church of Christ and also a mother at the church.Her funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Philippi Church of Christ.
