Jamesville Willie Hyman Willie Lee Hyman aka "Bae," 64, of 26250 Hwy 64 East, died July 15, 2014 in Martin County. Hyman was born Jan. 6, 1949 to the late Emma B. and King Hyman Sr. Survivors are siblings, Geraldine Brown and Dorris Goddard of Williamston, James Hyman of Rocky Mount, Aretha Winns of New York and Alvin Grimes of Nashville; son, Derek Hyman of New York and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members as well as friends. He also had a special bond with his cousin Ernest Grimes. He was preceded in death by King "Bro" Hyman Jr. and Emma "Bobbi" Jackson. He graduated from Jamesville High School and took classes at Martin Community College. He was employed as a licensed welder in New York then moved back home and worked as a welder in Williamston for 15 years. Will-Lee, a humble quiet spirit, loved to travel and took many cruises to exotic places such as Mexico, Bahamas and Jamaica. He had a chuckle in his laugh and a bob in his walk. He enjoyed taking out his large boat and fishing. He also enjoyed making grills from steel barrels. Yes, he will surely be missed. Funeral services will be held at Mt.
