We gather here to Celebrate the Life of Lillian Louise Morris. She loved the Lord with all her
heart, and was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister and aunt and grandmother.
Lillian Morris went home to be with her Heavenly Father on July1, 2020 at the age of 71. She
was born to Joe Frank and Betty Sue Hyman, on June 19, 1949 in Windsor N.C.
Lillian met her soul mate and husband Lloyd Morris, at a church in Brooklyn, NY. They married
and had five wonderful children. Lloyd Jr, Jenetta, Clifford, Marjorie and Betty.
As a minister of Mt Saini II, COGIC, in Brooklyn N.Y., she taught Sunday school lessons,
preached sermons on Woman’s Day Celebrations and many other promises to serve God. Her
commitment to serving Christ went beyond the church walls, working alongside her late husband
and children, they started a street ministry and an outreach food ministry delivering food to
families throughout Brooklyn N.Y.
Lillian was also the co-pastor of Ambassadors Evangelical Deliverance Church in Vestal N.Y.
Lillian also owned and operated her own Licensed Child Care facility. In 1999, Lillian and Lloyd
Morris, moved to Virginia to be close to their children where they were cared for until God
called them home.
